If you are using Internet Explorer:

1. Right click on the Library Research Page

2. Click "Create Shortcut"

3. Click "OK"

An icon to the Library Research Page should now appear on your computer desktop.  It may have a label saying "Index.html."  You can change the name by clicking on the title, "index.html" once--and then click on it again (do not double-click). This will turn the title into a white box. You can now name the icon Library Research Page, or whatever you want.
